HIV & Wellness Workshop #19

The Sexual Health Society of Queensland was funded by ViiV Healthcare to run the 19th annual HIV & Wellness Workshop! The event will provide educational updates on HIV trends and foster networking by bringing together the Queensland HIV workforce with the community, government, and private sector. The workshop’s participants will be a mix of doctors, nurses, allied health, and community workers from the sector.
The program outlines the workshop topics and presenters. All the topics have been nominated by key stakeholders in the HIV sector and developed by our advisory committee listed below. The workshop took place on Saturday,19th June 2021 from 9.30am to 4.30pm. At the Brisbane International Virginia. Participants receive further information such as digital resources, maps and other information a few days prior to the workshop. Participants could attend Face to Face or attend via a Zoom meeting. Due to the COVID-19 restrictions the face-to-face workshop is restricted to 40 participants. This workshop was free and made possible by an unrestricted grant from ViiV Healthcare.
