Dr Fabiola Martin
pronouns: she/her
​PRESIDENT
Dr Fabiola is a Fellow of the Australasian Chapter of Sexual Health Medicine and Royal College of Physicians, UK. She has been working as a Sexual Health, HIV and HTLV Specialist for over two decades. She has trained and worked in UK and moved to Brisbane in 2017.

​Fabiola is passionate about non-judgmental and accessible health care for all patient groups and has been specifically fighting for the rights of patients living with Human T Leukaemia virus Type 1 (HTLV-1).
She is an s100 prescriber, sees patients at Stonewall Medical Centre and is an Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer at University of Queensland supporting the Queensland BBV/STI Professorial Chair Steering Committee. She is a member of the Queensland Sexual Health Network Committee.

Dr Hilary Lindberg

Vice President
Dr Hilary Lindberg is a Clinical Psychologist and the co-director of the Centre for Relational and Sexual Wellbeing, a private practice in Brisbane. Hilary's primary area of interest is working with individuals and couples who experience sexual function difficulties, as well as providing supervision to clinicians in the area of psychosexual therapy. She is passionate about providing a sex-positive/flexible, evidence-based, and non-judgemental approach to pyscho-sexual therapy. Hilary completed her Doctorate of Clinical Psychology at QUT where her thesis focused on psychological treatment for vaginismus. She has also completed her Graduate Certificate in Sexology with Curtin University. ​

Dr Ethan Salleh

​Dr Ethan Salleh is a medical graduate of the University of Queensland, Ethan is also a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). He completed additional s100 training in sexual health and HIV medicine and works as the senior s100 GP at the Gladstone Road Medical Centre. He has a strong interest in conducting research within HIV and Sexual Health Medicine and has published in the area. A Senior Lecturer at the University of Queensland, Ethan enjoys teaching medical students at his rooms during their GP rotations. He also teaches Advanced Life Support Skills to UQ medical students in the Medicine In Society Stream. 
Ethan is also the Chair of the Brisbane Community HIV Prescibers (CHiPs) group and has held that role since 2019.

Treasurer
Joe is employed as the Sexual Health, HIV & Hepatitis Coordinator for Metro North Hospital & Health Service, based at the Metro North Public Health Unit. He has worked in the HIV and sexual health field since 1989

​Dr Diane Rowling

Ordinary Member
Diane is a Sexual Health and Public Health specialist physician with extensive experience in the management of people affected by blood borne viruses and sexually transmissible infections. She was a Senior Staff Specialist with the Sexual Health and HIV Service Metro North for twenty years leading up to May 2021 when she took up her current position, Public Health Physician with the Queensland Syphilis Surveillance Service. She was the medical lead for the establishment of the enhanced surveillance of syphilis notifications in Queensland from 2001-2014.
 
Diane is a past Medical Director of Family Planning Queensland. She has expertise in syphilis and other STI epidemiology and strategies to increase awareness and uptake of sexual health screening in affected populations. She has a particular interest in the management of syphilis in pregnancy and the prevention of congenital syphilis.

Suzanne Stack

Suzanne Stack is the Clinical Education Coordinator for True Relationships and Reproductive Health.
​
Suzanne has been involved in sexual and reproductive health education with True since 2016. She has a vast background in education and 30+ years in medical and health related roles.​
Monica Vitale
Monica Vitale

Ordinary Member
Monica Vitale she/her is the Lead Nurse Educator and Nurse Practitioner at True Relationships and Reproductive Health and has been a member of SHSQ since 2019.  
​
Monica has a Master of Nursing (NP) and also works for Queensland Health. She is passionate about improving sexual and reproductive healthcare for the community as wells as raising awareness amongst clinicians.

​Dr Angela Smith

Ordinary Member
Dr Angela Smith is the Sexual Health Advanced Trainee at Metro North Sexual Health and HIV Service and aims to complete sexual health physician training in 2022. Angela has previously worked at True Relationships and Reproductive Health and privately as a GP with special interest in women’s health.

Angela is currently completing her Masters in Sexual and Reproductive Health through University of Sydney.​
